I really appreciate this blog - T...Dear Dr Grauer,<br /><br />I really appreciate this blog - Thank you!<br /><br />Regarding this Interpretation I was wondering if this could be Sinusrhythm with atrial bigemini since there seems to be a pattern to slight irregularity and I can see small P waves every other beat.
