The Case: The ECG shown in Figure-1 was obtained from a middle-aged woman who presented to the ED with new-onset dyspnea.
Questions:
- Is the inferior lead T wave inversion in Figure-1 indicative of RV (Right Ventricular) Strain?
- Does this ECG suggest acute PE (Pulmonary Embolism)?
