      The patient is a previously healthy 70-year old man who presented with chest pain and the wide tachycardia shown below in the long lead II rhythm strip. Her past medical history was unknown. She was hemodynamically stable at the time the ECG in Figure-1 was obtained.
      • What is the rhythm in the long lead II shown in Figure-1?
